ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting your information through this website, you grant your explicit, unambiguous, and unconditional consent to the Society to collect, store, and process your personal data, including your name, contact details, phone numbers;which shall be solely used for the purposes of processing the donations made by you, for sending any updates relating to activities of Sai Samaj and for redressal of grievance pertaining to such transaction, if any.You retain the right to withdraw your consent or request the erasure of your personal records at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer(details given below), subject to applicable tax retention laws.

DONATIONS AND PAYMENTS
  • Voluntary Contributions: All online donations made through this website are voluntary contributions to support our charitableand service activities of the All India Sai Samaj
  • Payment Security: Donations are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete financial details.
  • Accuracy of Information: Donors are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete payment and contact information when making a donation.
  • Currency: All donations made through this website shall be processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
  • Finality of Donations: Due to the nature of charitable giving, all online donations are generally considered non-refundable. Pls refer our Refund policy.
  • Error Rectification: If an unauthorized charge or data entry error occurs, please contact our grievance officer within 7 days of the transaction. We will review valid claims on a case-by-case basis.
TAX EXEMPTION AND RECEIPTS

An acknowledgement of the donation transaction may be provided where applicable. However, no receipt qualifying for income-tax deduction purposes will be issued.Donors are responsible for verifying their own tax eligibility.
